Your explanation is not proof of anything it is an opinion so I can't say it is also a lie. I will say it it something that I don't for one second believe. For you and whoever else is partners with you's sake I hope a bunch of the people on your email list aren't very smart or if they are smart enough to see through you I hope they are forgiving. If they are neither of the two maybe you can hope they don't believe anything you say anyway but will buy what you tout because they think others will and they might catch a spike.
