Hi Beans -- Funny thing about Bob Spear. He's been such a nice guy all along, and back in July told me that he had no idea who was selling all of those shares. My last conversation with him was not as pleasant. He was very evasive, became somewhat angry when I asked him to differentiate non-recurring and recurring problems related to the earnings deficit, and seemed extremely defensive. I'm still curious about the large sales that occurred two days before the pre-announcement -- I find it hard to believe that inside information wasn't being leaked. When I asked Bob about this, he replied that HE hadn't talked to anyone before the announcement. Interesting response. This company gives me the creeps.
