Wow that really sucks. They should make a ruling that they can't short the stock either. Basically they are making a profit off their restricted shares before they are allowed to . . . it's just another loophole . . . investors should fight to have a new ruling put in place so the insiders can't short the stock while their shares are restricted. Lola:)
