It is simply irrelevant to the issues of fact, which simply are, that there are [substantive] consistent patterns of missing represented shipping dates pursuant to Company press release(s), Product catalog, and subsequent shipping dates represented to distribution channels from Mattel© Sales/Marketing [which ultimately appear as eta's @ etoys.com, toysrus.com, ebworld.com, gamestop!com et al]...furthermore, the source and circumstances are irrelevant to sophisticated shareholders and the street...it is simply the fact the [1998-1999 consistent patterns of] delays [so far] exist and any accordant hits sustained to management credibility which are solely relevant...and not just to esecurities Director, again...to the street whom control (NKC)IFs price(.)...contrary to yourself and wisely from an investing principle perspective this is not a personal issue but investment common sense. We simply post issues of facts relevant to (NKC)IF shareholders(.)
