You might think i'm kidding but one of the big reasons the BB market is in the shape it is is because f the steps that Vancouver took to clean up theirs. Many of the crooks that were operating off of the VC exchange moved to the OTC:BB. If you see a company that has it's main office in Vancouver, Boca Raton, Las Vegas (I consider it to be a red flag if any BB company is incorporated in Nevada)or Denver consider that to be a red flag when doing diligence on them. By the end of next year you will see things in much better shape than they are now when all of the non-reporting companies have been delisted. Then you will see a lot more paid touts and criminal tout sheets promoting stocks on the pink sheets. They will be saying the same things about these companies that they are saying now, they will be saying that the auditors are almost done and the company will become a filing company any day now.
