I wonder what the relationship, if any, is between J.W. Charles Securities, Inc. and Joseph Charles & Associates?

Based on a search of the Florida corporate database at ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us, it looks like the similarity in names may just be a coincidence. Though both J.W. Charles Securities (now named J.W. Genesis Securities) and Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc are located in Boca Raton, they have different addresses and their officers do not overlap.
