Furthermore, its agreement with Telergy in New York will also bring GBLX to close to every major business customer in New York when the Telergy network is completed in 2000, and having the utility's rights of ways will allow GBLX to build into buildings very quickly in New York. As a result of this expansive network, GBLX will be able to put more traffic on its own network and thus, proforma for FRO expects to see margin expansion.
