need to know more about Time Warner and if there is any connection to ATHM whith them

ATHM has no direct connection to Time Warner that I know of. AT&T however has several. After the purchase of UMG AT&T will likely own part of Roadrunner jointly with TWX. In addition AT&T is going to provide local telephone service over TWX lines.

Also interested in ASKJ associaation with ATHM
Dont know of any, however Excite has its fingers in a lot of places.
