OK Tom, I did a little more studying and think I have this straight now. I was (incorrectly) assuming that shareholder distribution would occur as part of the IPO. Tell me if this is the strategy:

1. Buy MMWW now in anticipation of a run-up to the IPO.
2. Take profits.
3. Go short.
4. After the IPO, MMWW falls due to a discount of the intrinsic pricing of MMWW's XPDR holdings reflected in MMWW share price.
5. Cover short
6. (optional arbitrage play) Long MMWW/Short XPDR to lock in the discount of the XPDR shares to be distributed sometime next year.

Is this the idea??

Thanks
