Totally disagree with your figures, Glen. Most of Jim Porters salary has been paid in shares and at an average price of 10 1/2 since last March. He is not going to give half his earnings away. How do you think he hooked in with Motorola? Do you think it was a walk around the city leather shoe campaign like getting a job? No, Glen, they approached Hyperfeed. HYPR recognized that PCQT was not a cash cow type of business without a stable customer and that is probably why the agreement for an R&D loan went that way instead of to Hyperfeed. Motorola could pay a huge premium and buy out Hyperfeed and PCQT with the amount of money they spend on toliet paper each year. Even if they put the compression data feed application in the garbage, they benefit by it NOT competing against them.

Your simple math is not practical in this case nor the way you dilute a company that is controlled by PICO and 1 or 2 Hypr executives. They have full authority to make decisions. Look at the latest SEC filing. That is actually our big risk in owning this company. We sit back and let them do the driving. Hope you are long as this stock will be going places soon.
