MILFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1999--eLottery, Inc., a
subsidiary of EXECUTONE Information Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELOT),
announced today that it has contracted to provide capabilities for
web-based retail sales of lottery tickets for the Jamaica Lottery. As
a part of its agreement with the Jamaica Lottery, eLottery will
develop an interface with the existing lottery operations. The initial
launch, scheduled for early 2000, is expected to feature Internet
sales of tickets for the Jamaica Lottery's popular existing "Lotto"
and "Pick 3" games.

The Jamaica Lottery conducts one of the largest and most
successful lotteries in the Caribbean region. During its last fiscal
year the Jamaica Lottery generated over $50 million in revenue with
dividends to worthy causes in excess of $5 million. Prizes paid to
winners were in excess of $22 million. The Jamaica Lottery is a member
