From an E-MAIL I received from Thisweekspick.com this AM.

Monarch Investment Prop. (MIPR) - We have a rumor from who we believe is a
very reliable source.

MIPR is about to under go a major short squeeze during the next couple of
weeks. We were told that over the past few months a group of overseas
investors have been OVER accumulating MIPR's stock and they are now
requesting their certificates from the market makers who sold the shares to
them.

Our source said that this group of overseas investors did the same thing to
this stock earlier this year and the stock went from the high teen's to
1.50 a share in only a couple of days.

The only information that we could dig up is that MIPR has 669,000 shares
outstanding and of that ONLY 100,000 are in the float. Last year (1998)
their stock had hit a high of 3.75 and it had eariler IPO'ed at 5.00 a
share where it topped out at 6.00 a share. We did find that Howard Gurino
is the CEO of MIPR and their current phone number is 718 641-1098 We were
not able to speak to him on Friday.

We will be keeping our eye on this one!
