Another thought as we wait through Y2K: With P21 targeting larger companies with their new Wholesale product, we can normally expect a longer sales cycle. The slowdown in installations through the end of the calendar year may provide the sales force with more time to focus their attention on new software sales (given that less of their time will be needed for wrapping up and closing out the installations and implementations of previously sold systems). Perhaps this will help improve the cycle over the short term and add a few more sales into Q3.
