Barbara, The following paragraph was taken from P21's recent earnings press release (bold is mine):
________________________________

Prophet 21 continues to focus on long-term growth, devoting energies to ongoing investments in new leading technology offerings further strengthening the company's market position. The company's objective remains investing and deploying e-business initiatives through its products and services. Heading up this initiative is the launch of Prophet 21 Wholesale 7.0, expected to begin shipment during the second quarter of fiscal year 2000. Capabilities include increased XML-based business-to-business communications and Prophet 21 Knowledge Management Center that provides a graphical representation of the pulse of the business. Prophet 21's consulting service has been organized to include a focus on e-business, providing further increased value to its customers.
________________________________

I would imagine that there are a few companies who may have delayed purchasing P21's Wholesale software in anticipation of 7.0's enhanced capabilities. Assuming the upgrade begins shipping this quarter as planned, we would have yet another reason to be optimistic about Q3. Hopefully we'll soon see the press release.

Regards - Dale
