George, Made it through the $5 barrier and kept right on going to 4 3/4. I think that if the market stays like it is, then no matter what Rainwater and his friends do, the stock is not going to go above $5. To me, it would not make sense for you to go through with the merger,when your stock is trading at the collar and has gone through with it. As for the timeframe, no offense but I would have to believe them when they say they are going to close the merger by the end of June. I think that if they want to do it, then they can. Maybe they are pushing it fast so that people don't have to time think about it. Bryan
