I called Agouron and asked about the 2nd and 3rd week sales. Donna Nichols, from investor relations, said that the results for March sales will be released next week with the 3Q results. She didn't know the exact day. That will give us the first two weeks sales data for Viracept. She wouldn't tell me anything about sales. So some thoughts:

1) If we can find out more information about the latest two weeks, we will have a scoop on the market. We will have 4 weeks of data when the results are released next week. The next data release will be in July (4Q).

2) The stock probably will not go up much based on the 3Q news release because the data will be too scant.

I'm also watching for bad news. So far, none found. My pharmacist acquaintance also says things look pretty good, but too early to tell. He's conservative.
