Shumway, I thought that the "equity line" is nothing but a leaky floorless instrument. The company draws on the line as it needs it and the conversion price is determined on an average around the time of draw down. That is a dangerous type of financing. RNTK stock suffered a lot from such a line, and VLNC is essentially using a month by month equity line like that as well, and the stock there broke through the $6 support in the last few months.
