This is what I received from my broker - "HLIT agreed to buy the Divicom subsidiary of Cube for 1.46 billion in stock. In a parallel transaction, cube plans to spin off or sell its remaining semiconductor operations upon the close of the Harmoinic deal, ending cubes existence as a sepaaraate public company." (from the Wall Street Journal) Told me good luck - don't think he knows what is going on. The amount of the deal changes every thing I read - I think you are right - hopefully - this was a weekend for getting educated. Sunshine:)
