What worries me right now is that the President of the European Central Bank was quoted in a German newspaper dated this coming Monday, that the possibility of a rate hike has greatly increased at their November meeting. Another Greenspan speak. What would happen to our dollar?

Here is an article from the Fools. Seems like they are getting fooled by Halloween at times.
