Susie, I think I've figured it out, finally.

There's no authority figure in charge at BK. I mean, MacDonnald's has Ronald to see over things. Wendy's has, well, Wendy.

Even Roy Rogers' image lives on now, well after the fact.

But who does BK have in charge of fries TQM?

No one!

And , that's why , I think that , their french fries , $uck.
