I would be that optimestic as you do, Intel has learned enough from the licensing IP cost with AMD. Unless the Agreement between NSIL and ARM is properly drafted, otherwise, ARM has all the right to sell its IP to Intel and that would hurt NSIL's position.

At least NSIL would not enjoy the new code from ARM, so NSIL has done all the hard work to develop the market, and now it is big enough for big boy and the first one to come is BIG BIG boy.

This is the real life of business, there may be nothing NSIL can do about it, and the shareholder has to find out by himself where would NSIL go, rather than to look at one side of the story. What do you think, Brian.
