Why insiders would be buying SWC is beyond me, unless these guys believe their own press. I have an elderly father in an "adult assisted living center" in the midwest, and my youngest brother is his guardian who knows it all, but moved 450 miles away from hands on care for reasons he never explained to me. Unfortunately, Y2K will hurt all ages, and will ESPECIALLY hurt the elderly, who are the furtherest down the food chain, frankly, in a dog eat dog scenario ahead of us.

Volatility is fine if you are writing and can wring out the premium.
But, all commodity based companies, gold included, are in for a rough next 15 years.

While the internet is good and the computer has added a new dimension to our lives, it basically hasn't done squat for the labor intensive mining industry. People still run the drag lines, drive the trucks, collect and strip the cyanide or low pressure sulfide solutions of their precious cargo. And it is still PEOPLE who hand operate the refining end of the equation. If there isn't electricity to refine
and gasoline to mine and laborers to go into unsafe mines which aren't powered by generators anymore, well, there goes your raw material,
not to speak of the lack of end users who are going to be doing anything BUT driving new vehicles.

Besides, if volatility means more downside pressure on SWC, how are you going to stand the intense pain? Remember, I said it was heading for 15c on the pre-split dollar. Mark it down in your little book where you keep important things, by hand I presume.

PS...when was the last time you saw a PRE-72 vehicle with OREM catalytic converter? Oh, hell, I'll be a sport, how about with an aftermarket retro-fit one???
