TSE SYMBOL: MWW APRIL 9, 1997 Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd.-Same Store Sales Up 5 Percent for Corporate Stores CALGARY, ALBERTA--Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. announced today sales during March totaled $24.8 million, an increase of $6.7 million or 36.7 percent over the same month last year. As of March 29, sales for the year totaled $42.2 million, an increase of 41.1 percent over the same nine weeks last year.
