Aus and others, in response to your and earlier comments: If SanDisk wins in court, they get legal fees, compensatory costs, and possibly treble damages if the infringement was intentional. Lexar may be getting more investment money, but I'll bet it is protected in the event Lexar has to declare bankruptcy from an unfavorable decision for them. I'm also pleasantly surprised to hear about ERICY using a MMC for their cell phones. Now if SNDK can only deliver on all the orders, the sales increase ought to be phenomenal. It's that kind of news which could keep the share price from falling as the new shares begin to circulate. Art
