I am not worried about the money even though I own 5000 shares. I am only down a little. I am a long term shareholder and have been in for all the ups and downs on this one. Up to 8 once, 6 twice and down to 2 3/4 twice and back up to 5 a number of times. So I am not losing any sleep over this latest turn of events. I do not have any decisions to
make, when I get in a stock I make up my mind when I am going to get out. For this stock I made up my mind I was going to stay to the end
no matter what. The only time I was tempted to change my mind was when Dorffman recommended it. I should have sold then.
What I am p****d off about, is what, in my opinion,is happening. I think this is a case of a big company trying to rape a small company, after probably using them for a couple of years. This makes one feel proud to be a capitalist.
This is my opinion only and may not have anything to do with reality.
I think Big Company probably did not want to invest in this market until they were sure the market was there. I think they have watched Small Company work at this, all the time hovering. Late last year when Big Company saw for sure things were taking off they probably made a hostile take-over bid. Little company p****d them off with the poison pill threat. Now that Big Company is absolutely sure the market
is there they have acquired another small company in a similar business and want the technology they jointly developed with Small Company. They want to reap the benefits of Small Company's employees
efforts over the last couple of years. If I were a judge, and the villains of the world can thank their favorite deity that I am not, I
would kick their asses out of court. It is too bad that one of the requirements of a civilization is that you have to have a system where
unfairness and exploitation goes unpunished.
I hope next week is better for all of us.
