Please, may I make a comment to your comment?
First, Mr. Parkinson in his post never mentioned you as being an
avenging angel. His comment was "I am not an avenging angel".
Correct? You posted back and implied that you thought it was
unfair of him that folks that were asking the hard questions
and enduring it to the end in the battle zone, are accused of
being avenging angels. Mr. Parkinson was just verbalizing his
outlook on the NVID INVESTORS board. I think he has been very
civil and because he does not want to get into the heat of your
battle you basically verbalize him for his attitude on this
situation. In your first sentence you say that you admire him and respect him and think he is a good and compassionate man and then
proceed with what you said. What made you think he was singling
you out? Did he push your button, maybe? Did I mistake this for
doubletalk?
The angels are only female stuff came from the same place. He
said he was not an avenging angel and I believe that His gender
is male. No, your postings do not push my button in fact a lot
of them are very amusing to me. Evidently this flew over your head also.
I have never been accused before of making a "crusty" remark, but
there is a first time for everything and I will really let that one fly over my head!!
I apologize to you if you think my post was cold hearted. I just
feel that I don't need you or anyone to fight my battles for me, much less think it is unfair to them and think I should show them respect and compassion. I do have faith in my mental ability whether you
question it or not. That is the real world we live in. I posted to your post simply because you implied you and "others" behalf and since Mr Parkinson is an investor (and he started this NVID INVESTOR BB) I understood that "others" to mean me as an investor since your were posting on the NVID INVESTOR thread.
Mr. Parkinson I'm sure is certainly capable of holding his own on this board and I apologize to him if he was offended by my responding to your post to him. From what he has posted I believe he is a peaceful man and has probably been in the real battle zones for this country.

I don't. In that line of thinking I am curious if you really do
wish all of us invesors the best. Like you mentioned in another post, you have to be very careful about cyberspace and you have to be
very careful about letting other people speak for you. You are not an investor, or that is what you have stated and I believe that to be
the truth, and I don't think I want a non-investor asking any questions in my behalf. We do not have the same interests.
I think in all your fairness and to come clean and really be truthful that you should start answering some of the questions that you have asked of others about their involvement with NVID. I have stated how I became involved with the stock and clearly stated what I will do if
this unravels unpleasantly for me. As a stockholder I think I
have the right to know the answer to this since you have taken it
upon yourself to ask all the questions you have for others and feel
that you are being "egged on" and given no respect. I have respect
for you, I have a lot of curiosity too.
Evidently this morning in Court the present management was allowed
to continue the operations of NVID. We are all patiently waiting
to hear the results. The Court saw the pleadings (and I might add
the whole pleadings and not just paragraphs to prove a point and I
personally like to see a pleading in total, cause it tells the whole story) and made a decision based upon the facts. Now let's get down
to letting this company get back to work for us investors. There
must be a product otherwise why would the company be allowed at this time to continue with it's operations.
Cindy, I take issue with you because of the tactics you use and the
blind faith you expect from total strangers. I think that the SEC
investigators are very competent and will get us all the answers
we need. Let's quit trying this company on a stock board. That is
not what our country is all about and I for one do not feel that
anyone on this board owes you anything. I am not fooled by you
sqying you may invest in this company. Why? Because, I think that would be when "hell freezes over". You can fool them some of the time, but you can't fool them all of the time.
