HITT has only 796,840 shares of common left to issue from the total authorized. If they do a PP with convertible preferred, look out below!

If they do a PP now, it indicates to me that the LFT $20/share placement is dead in the water. [IMO, it was never real in the first place - didn't pass the "laugh test."]

For that matter, if the LFT "receivables" were valid, why not just get a short term loan against the money? You think banks don't believe the stamps are any good either? ROFL
