Jay, Its time for a new contest and a whole new promotion.
Bout time some of you Cymeranians took an active role in moving this stock forward. While many of the Semi's were red hot this week CYMER was just lukewarm. High stock prices, valuations and PE's just don't happen on their own, they financially engineered by savy investors, just waiting for the right moment to jump off the band wagon.
The new contest is this. Pick the date in the YEAR 2000 when CYMI breaks a 100. My Choice is the week of JULY 4th. Thousands of thread lurkers are just waiting to press the buy button this week with some modest encouragement by the usual posters.
The shareholders of Cymer should encourage the prez of Cymer and the board of directors to each buy 100 shares of CYMER on the open market. This would come out as insider buying on the news and should be worth 15 points on the upside.(the month after the buy they can deduct the purchase amount on their expense accounts under the headings "investor relations")
Some minor things. Stop those postings about Cymer having brilliant management. Everyone knows that brilliant people have the habit of shooting them selves in the leg. Which is why most of them are on crutches.
Curlton, time for you to put up one of those feverish postings why any one is a fool to sell a single share for less than $210. (do it in English)
Gottfried, time for some kind chart showing how undervalued Cymer is to whatever?
Jay, keep pushing that expansion of PE. A little gas can go a long way.
Olson, another heart warming story,on how you plan to make it big by betting big on Cymer.
Ian, more doublespeak on industry fundamentals. Some thing to give the bears a little indigestion, like how rising interest rates actually help tech stocks.
Whats in it for me. I can't write options on a stock that ain't movin'. The more Cymer moves the better the option.
Good things in life are more than happenstance. Pimping ain't easy, but its gotta' be done.
