I guess the question is a MSFT question ...is there a Windows limitation on swapfile size .......and if so ..why ?

I use windows 3.1 ..on 8 megs of Ram ...and the swapfile ..and a msft memmaker ...so its maxed...except for 200 megs on the hard ,,,,still available . I have some programs that will not run ..right from boot ..because of lack of mem.
This is really an email convo ...But ...I can't return your emails ....
