re: Does "CDMA really equal QCOM"????

Caxton, I stand by the analysis found at:

telecomtechstocks.com

that lays out the case denying QCOM's claims of exclusive intellectual property rights for all the new third generation CDMA-related international standards.

You may call it "hype" - but we'll find out shortly whether the international community will buy QCOM's extravagant claims to all 3G related CDMA patent rights.

The announcement from the ITU committees will come in a week or so, so we won't have long to wait.

In the meantime, I hope not many more QCOM-friendly analysts will head for the exits, See:
moneycentral.msn.com

Since I own QCOM as well as other telecom tech stocks, I hope we will see a win-win for everyone. But if QCOM investors aren't bracing themselves for the upcoming internationally agreed 3G announcements and think "CDMA equals QCOM," there could be a real blood bath in QCOM share prices and all of us will lose money.

There's plenty of profits for everyone. But greed will kill an investor everytime.

Thanks for taking the time to make your comments. I appreciate it.

Bill
