Gee wasn't the US Congress nice to us in changing the paired shared laws. The last time congress did us all a favor was when they changed the laws which effected the ownership of rental properties. Mr. Rustancowski (Spelling? Never could spell Polish names correctly.) did this one to us. It lead to a bank lead recession in the 80s and a whole bunch of real estate having to be sold by the Resolution Trust Corp. Gee I am sorry that Rusty spent some time in jail for spending the tax payers money for his own personal gains. He was such a nice guy!
