Yes competition. And lots of it. But what is your point?
Mine is that given the HUGE market, there are lots of room for players at THIS stage. And at this stage, PUMA is undervalued. Hence, the new high, although there is short covering.
Now, if PUMA were valued in the $ billions, it would be a different story. But it isnt. PUMA's market cap stands at a "mere" $484 million compared to PHCM's $6.42 BILLION. Notice, I don't compare revenues, even though they are similar. Because PHCM is ahead in its alliances, which is why it has the cap it has. However, PUMA is still relatively unrecognized. And it's recent aquisitions only make it stronger.
So compare more than the competition. If you don't, your not seeing the whole picture. |
