Now that Big Company is absolutely sure the market is there they have acquired another small company in a similar business and want the technology they jointly developed with Small Company.>> I'd judge you are pretty close on BD interest in Qdel. However, BD suit may have no merit or result in an award for Qdel. BD hasn't won. Obviously, Qdel has enough value that BD is interested in a take over. This may be their way of doing a hostile take over. I'm sure discussions are ongoing with BD. I threw in a low-ball order today but didn't fill. Maybe Monday. Hope it helps. Greg
