I can't speak for the dog pounders since I don't hang out there but in my case I am willing to follow the momo guys into this stock. HOwever, I don't want to be blind-sided if and when Citadel decides to initiate a short position. They may not, but my guts says they will. The most likely time would be after the momo guys get out, maybe after earnings?
