Lest I get hung up on this one, which would be very easy for me to do, a brief comment: Perhaps we are seeing, here, the diffusion phase of Toffler's Third Wave, wherein microsegmentation, as defined by smaller, more diverse, startups and splintered, distributed enterprises in newly defined virtual markets, begins to take hold?
