If you knew Baltimore, when they were the size and stage of development that JAWZ is at now, you'd have said then, the same about Baltimore, as you've said about JAWZ!!!
Most people who bought Baltimore did so by accident, or on the momentum of their ZERGO merger. Very few did so as a result of an intelligent decison consciously aimed at the encryption industry, which as you will no doubt recall, was(in North America) locked up by the Justice Department and the CIA until last month when the US government, untied the hands of companies like JAWZ who struggled to make it in the teeth of opposition (from the Canadian and US governments), which thankfully was never a factor that stemmed the growth of European companies like Baltimore (Thank God)!!! Still think these North American companies played on a level pitch?? Now that the game is more even, except perhaps Baltimore has $110 million more ammunition than some of the JAWZ types, with which to fight their campaign in North America; the fact is that the law was relaxed to level the pitch, and all Baltimore investors would do well to evaluate VALUE in its peer group, particularly with a small but established foothold in the business over there.... Dont forget, that they have now stated that acquisition is very much a factor for their recent Nasdaq harvest, and that I consider to be one of the possible flavours in the Jawz lollipop!!! |
