At the time of the AGM, the recovery was not certain; nor was there any visibility.

I suspect Scott's numbers were merely a "current view" of the forecast then. Your numbers are the most recent "current view". Reality is very likely to be different from both.

The trick is to guess in which direction. ... accurately. ;-)
