ok I am in.... I placed my order today...a touch late but hopefully will look like a bargain real soon...any word on getting this in the New England Medical Journal...since it got published here I wondered if perhaps it got rejected there? This article got picked up by the newswires and is on the front page of the national Today newspaper so that should be worth a few points I would think and is why I decided I needed to buy now or never.
