Now is a good time to nibble. Even if it is a short term head fake, which we do not know, buying stocks that have pulled back and are fundamentally strong should prove to be a smart move. Last year it seemed to early to buy but it turned out perfect. Don't go speculating at this point, buy strong fund and PnF stocks to be sure.
