The option quote problem is an artifact of a different connectivity issue which we are also working to resolve - this time from our feed provider. We are using their 128K feed and this feed is notoriously bad with option quotes and Canadian data. We hooked up directly with the TSE for Canadian data because of that. We are in the process of moving to S&P's newer 256K feed, but, as with the Island connections, getting the circuits installed has proven to be the critical path. It is our belief that the fatter S&P feed will not drop option quotes and trades, but until we get one in house, we won't know.

Again, it's something we are working on, but if the pace of progress seems glacial, it is because it has been, unhappily - for everyone concerned.
