Thanks for the great info-along the same lines the nasdaq site (www.nasdaq.com) (sorry, I've had it explained to me how to set up an address to be sent there, but its never made sense to me) Anyway, there's a transcript of an interview done by MS-NBC given by Wm Rastetter on 4/1/97-very informative, also. Just punch in IDPH for a quote, and one of the options on the next screen is NEWS. Its listed just after the 'buy' rating by one of the houses. Really a good interview, well worth the read! Roger
