The fall in price today maybe psychological because the court starts today for the second phase of the FLA. trial.

My question to the management at Phillip Morris is how come they are not buying back their stock at these low prices. I would rather give up a dividend and retire some stock (I know that is not possible). But they should buy back some of their shares. Maybe they are waiting for the unfavorable decision, the stock dips into the teens and then they announce a stock buy back.
