I was just thinking. Since the stock is basically worthless and has tremendous baggage with all these lawsuits and unpaid bills, etc. Is there any kind of legal mechanism to just kill the company, go out of business and then issue some kind of voucher or stock certificate to existing shareholders in a new company and start over with a new IPO? The lawsuits alone will suffocate the firm.
