We have already granted a mortgage on our corporate property as security for the convertible debenture and therefore, in all likelihood, would be unable to use such property to collateralize any additional financing. Insufficient funds may prevent us from implementing our business strategy and will require us to further delay, scale back, or eliminate certain aspects of our research, product development, and marketing program.
