SDLI, covered for 5 will hit a technical buy trigger once again as it retraces back to the 118 point (20 period moving average) if it doesn't succeed to break it around 120, I will short it again if its the last hour of trading and it pulls back to the low of today's range. If it does not I'll put in a buy stop at 120. I feel that retracing to previous highs is what the strong stock do rather than 'automatically short at a bounce off the 20 period MA'. The potential for gain in strong stocks with good earnings will result in buying pressure and resultant higher prices. That will supercede any real gain you can make by shorting them.
