Here I go again.
I am having a concept problem.
So all those listed in prior posts are AGAINST regulation of the internet. Right so far?

Against internet regulation=against state and local preferences for open access, right?

Because it should be decided at the FEDERAL level.

The FEDERAL level is NOT regulation?

We want the FEDERAl GOV'T. to decide?
And by letting the FEDERAL LEVEL decide we are PROTECTING the internet from REGULATION?

Man, I must be stoopit or something but I am not getting this.

Who (what company) benefits most from this "non-regulation"
being decided at the FEDERAL LEVEL?

Can you say AT&T?

What is best for the customer?
