I don't think you will have to worry about any splits on AKA. The
financing system to do the Goddell was done in such a way as to
preserve the stock base at its present level. It is about as tight as
it can get right now. I don't know what the float is but it is pretty
darn low. If you get too few then you have no market and end up
running just about a private company. There is a time when having a
few more shares out is of a benefit. ORI split when it first started.
It went from .10 cents to 10.00 and split 2 for one as a private
company and came on the market at 5.25 with warrants. It has had a
high of 7.00. AKA rolled back 1 for 2 when it was Berglynn Res. I did
not like that a bit. It doubles your cost per share and I can't
remember when I have seen one stay at the roll back price but usually
goes down to where it was.AKA is a good example. Some years ago the
market would shy away from a stock with 5 million shares out. Now look
at BYG and numerous others with 50 MIll. or bre-x with 237,000.000.
AKA is at a good position now I think...I haven't seen the news
release on AKA getting the $999.000 for the Klondike property. Nice
bank account for a junior. ORI is to have a drill release today
also. Should be on the newswire tonight.
