Condor; Thanks for sharing your PLCO e-mail. What this tells me is relax - If I have until 12/02 to convert, then I will make money on this trade as long as PLCO stays in business. With their aggressive "click and brick" approach (building new stores and web sites), we have a long time to see their plan come to fruition. It is good to know how simple it is to convert. Baton
