OSX now flat despite jump in crude. let's face it -- no oil company is going to hike capex because of a brief crude blip reflecting a temporary disruption of production. We should also remember that oil stocks almost lag during the initial phase of a market rally. So don't expect OSX to strongly outperform for awhile I am encouraged by the strong performance of small cap stocks today. Market internals improving as the rally broadens.
