Microsoft investment soon to be announced by DRTN. DRTN's prospectus mentions a $5 million investment by Microsoft that was being worked on. The scheduled closing date was 10/29. Someone on the DRTN Yahoo board posted: MS News from DRTN mgt! by: JediPO 11/1/1999 2:51 pm EST Msg: 44 of 44 I just received a response from a VP at DRTN, in which he states that the MS deal is proceeding as planned, and that we should expect some news this week.
